How to Register

• The registration form is available below the text ↓↓↓.
  

• Participants selected for oral presentations must register and pay the registration fee before February 25, 2023.
  

• You will receive an "Confirmation" with instructions and details for payments by return to the e-mail address from your registration form.
  It may happen that you will find the automatic reply in your junk mail.

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:

• access to scientific meetings - lectures & poster session
• access to the exhibition
• electronic conference proceedings
• technical excursion on Friday morning
• welcome refreshment on Tuesday
• coffee breaks
• lunches on Wednesday and Thursday
• dinner on Wednesday

*In order to register as a student, the registration form must be accompanied by a copy of valid student ID or by a letter from an affiliated institution head. It must be sent by e-mail at the latest at the time of your registration.

**IIR members can use a special reduced fee according to the IIR rules. The valid membership will be verified by the IIR.

Cancellation of Conference Fees 

The ICCEX conference office must be notified about any cancellation in writing (Romana@iccex.cz).

Cancellations received till March 25, 2023 - full refund of the registration fee less 40 € for administrative charge.

Cancellations received from March 26, 2023 - no refund possible.

The participant acknowledges that she / he has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With her / his registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
