Poster Presentation Guidelines
- A special poster session is on Wednesday late afternoon.
- All authors are asked to display their poster presentations within the whole conference time, from Tuesday till Thursday.
- Put up your poster on Monday or Tuesday after your on-site registration.
- Take it down on Thursday after the closing ceremony.
- Posters left on display will be removed by staff, and discarted.
- Please note, that it is not possible to print out your poster on site
- Recommended format: A0 (841 x 1189 mm, portrait).
Poster Competition
- The programme committee members, and all participants will evaluate the posters.
- Each participant will receive 3 evaluation stickers.
- Stickers can be assigned to 1–3 posters of your choice.
- Evaluation criteria focus on:

Visual Presentation
- A professional and attractive design that captures attention.
- Readable typography and graphic elements (images, graphs, diagrams) that effectively illustrate the data.
- Effective use of colors and space to ensure the content is clear and logically arranged.

Originality and Innovation
- Emphasis on new findings and original approaches in cryogenics research.
- Clear indication of how the results contribute to the advancement of the field, including both practical and theoretical implications.

Technical Accuracy
- A detailed description of experimental conditions, equipment, and technologies used.
- Inclusion of measurement methods and the accuracy of the data obtained, which is especially important in cryogenic experiments.

Interactivity and Supplementary Materials
- Opportunities for audience engagement, such as incorporating QR codes that link to extended information, videos, or interactive data.
- A concise summary of key information that allows quick comprehension, even for those new to the topic.

Consistency with the Conference Theme
- The poster should reflect current trends and challenges in cryogenics and demonstrate the connection between theory and practice.
Three winners will receive a symbolic gift—a piece of Czech handmade designer glass.
