How to Register

  • The registration form is available below the text ↓↓↓.
  • Participants selected for oral presentations must register and pay the registration fee before February 20, 2025.

  • You will receive an "Confirmation" with instructions and details for payments by return to the e-mail address from your registration form.
    It may happen that you will find the automatic reply in your junk mail.
    If not, please contact Romana Kocova (romana@iccex.cz).

The registration fees include:

  • access to scientific meetings - lectures & poster session
  • access to the exhibition
  • electronic conference proceedings
  • welcome refreshment
  • coffee breaks
  • lunches
  • social dinner

*In order to register as a student, the registration form must be accompanied by a copy of valid student ID or by a letter from an affiliated institution head. It must be sent by e-mail at the latest at the time of your registration.

**IIR members - The valid membership will be verified by the IIR.

The accompanying person fee (242 EUR incl. VAT 21%) includes welcome refreshment, coffee breaks, lunches, and social dinner.
If your accompanying person is not attending any refreshments during the conference, you can byu dinner only.

Cancellation of Conference Fees 

The ICCEX conference office must be notified about any cancellation in writing (Romana@iccex.cz).

Cancellations received till March 15, 2025 - full refund of the registration fee less 40 € for administrative charge.

Cancellations received from March 16, 2025 - no refund possible.

The participant acknowledges that she / he has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With her / his registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

A list of participants (name / company / e-mail contact) will be distributed to all registered participants just before the beginning of the conference.

 4.Invoice details

A final tax invoice can be issued after the conference, so the financial department of ICCEX will issue all invoices within 14 days after the end of the event and you will receive them by e-mail.
Of course, you can receive a confirmation of an accepted payment if needed.
If you need a proforma invoice in advance for your payment procedure, contact ICCEX by e-mail in time.
