The Organising Committee is delighted to invite you to become a sponsor or a partner. The conference offers several sponsorship packages and this overview can assist you in finding the right level for your support. The sponsorship opportunities can be combined one with another to find the best scheme for you.

Conference Partner / 3 500 EUR + VAT (≅ 90 000 CZK + VAT)

You will gain an unique opportunity to be prominently visible for all participants, to promote your company, products and projects through sponsoring this event.

• Your company name, a logo, and a company profile on the conference web page with a link to your company web page.
• Your company name, logo, and a company profile in the conference programme.
• Acknowledgement as a Conference Partner on a poster board in the registration area in front of / and in the lecture hall.
• Welcome address at the festive conference dinner.
• 2x complimentary tickets for the conference dinner.
• Advertising brochures of your company inserted into all participant packs (supplied by your side by an advised deadline, lightweight and not larger than A4 size).
• Your advertising within the registration & coffee break area (your roll up or banner supplied by your side to the conference venue).
• 1x complimentary full registration fee.
• Exhibition space (6 sqm) with 50% discount.
• Commercial presentation within the conference programme (15 min).

Conference Dinner / 1 500 EUR +VAT (≅ 40 000 CZK + VAT)

These special evening events will bring all delegates, exhibitors and accompanying persons together in one place. This is a unique opportunity to mingle round and create informal relationships with your customers and business partners.

• Your company logo will be associated with the event, i.e. used in the conference printed and electronic documents in conjunction with this special event such as web page, conference programme, invitation cards, info poster in front of the lecture hall, …
• Your company name and a logo on the conference web site with a link to your web page.
• Signage thanking your company for your kind support will be displayed at serving points.
• Your promotional materials can be distributed to all participants within the registration area (supplied by your side by an advised deadline).
• Welcome address (3 min) at the Welcome party / at the Festive conference dinner.
• Two (2) complimentary tickets to the Welcome party / Festive conference dinner.

Lunches on Tuesday / 1 100 EUR + VAT (≅ 28 000 CZK + VAT)

Lunches are central points of the conference. It is a chance for delegates to break from the sessions, relax and discuss the issues raised during the morning. This is an important time to make new contacts and to hold meetings.

• Your company name and a logo on the conference web site with a link to your web page.
• Signage thanking your company for your kind support will be displayed at serving points.
